!notes [read|erase]
* read - you can read notes you get on bot
Ex: !notes read 1 (for reading note 1)
* erase - you can erase notes you get on bot
Ex: !notes erase 1 (for erase note 1)
rigid-mode (this setting will act above anti settings)
* !chanset rigid-mode <0|1|2|3>
- 0 - do nothing
- 1 - first time warn user, second time kick and third time ban user
- 2 - first time kick user, second time time ban user
- 3 - ban the user
idle-deop is now activated on channels with X service.
